Shop Policies

Clients are responsible for reading and understanding all the shop policies, shipping policy, keepsake care guide and terms and conditions in their entirety. By placing an order and completing a purchase with Milk and Memories, the client is expressing agreement and understanding of all shop policies, terms, and conditions.
 
ORDERING
Any orders placed are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Failure of sending your inclusions within this time will result in forfeit of purchase and will not be fulfilled or refunded. Reminders for sending Inclusions are given, if these reminders are ignored or not complied by Milk and Memories accepts no responsibility for loss of your funds.  Any requests to change an order must be done within 24 hours of ordering. Once the 24 hour time frame has passed we do not allow changes as we custom order your piece from our supplier at this time, please contact us if you would like to make a change within the 24 hour time period. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Please send your inclusions as soon as possible to Milk and Memories. We recommend that you do not send the last of any of your inclusions. For the inclusions you send, we are released from all liability or legal pursuit for any accidents or loss to your inclusion including fire, flood, robbery. act of God, or other accidents. Placing your order implies your agreement and understanding of this policy.

 

SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the sentimental value, we treat your keepsake with the highest of importance, care and respect in the making of and packaging of your order. Once in the hands of the third party postal agency, no liability will be taken by Milk and Memories. All packages will be sent with tracking numbers which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. In the unfortunate event that there is a delay in postage, we will not be responsible for delays caused by any third party. Orders will be delivered to the address given upon making your order, please ensure these details are correct. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addressed or spelling errors. If you need to update or fix your address please contact us to do so as soon as possible before your order is completed. If your order is incorrect or damaged when received please inform us within 48 hours. 

 

REFUND POLICY
Due to the very personal nature of these pieces, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  Please be 100% sure on your ring size and order details before placing your order. We are not responsible for any incorrect choices of colours, shimmers, or opal inclusions, each stone is subject to its own unique look and images, pieces on our website may look different to your completed piece as some inclusions may have its own unique colouring. I take pride in my work, I will not send out a piece of jewelry that I would not be proud to wear myself. If you need help with choosing your options please contact us and we can assist. All sales are final. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.

CANCELATION POLICY
Orders cancelled within 24 hours after placing the order will have a $10.00 cad non-refundable charge due to third-party transaction fees. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order as we custom order your jewelry setting from our supplier at this time. All sales are final. 


WARRANTY 
We offer a 30 day warranty on all our jewelry settings for manufacture defect only. If you happen to have an issue with your jewelry please contact us. We also offer a 1 year warranty on our stones. Leftover inclusions from your order will be stored for one year in the rare event that your stone begins to deteriorate in some way. Wear and tear from improper care, storage and use are not covered by our warranty. You will be expected to send back the jewelry within three weeks of initial contact.
