Mailing Information
It is important that you follow the mailing instructions to ensure that your inclusions arrive to me safely. After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email along with these shipping instructions. Please make sure to include a paper with your name and order number in the package for all inclusions.
Packaging Instructions - Breastmilk:💜Please send us half of an ounce of thawed breastmilk.
💜 Send in breastmilk storage bag, please remove air and double bag your milk for extra protection in shipping.
💜 Please do not send the last of any inclusions. There is always a chance of it getting lost in transit so please do not send something that cannot be replaced.
💜 Unused breastmilk will not be sent back to you. Leftover inclusions from your order will be stored for one year incase you would like to order another piece or for the rare event that your stone begins to deteriorate in some way.
💜Declare all inclusions as "jewelry making material".
💜 Please mark item as a gift if mailing from outside of Canada. We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees on imported packages.
💜 Please do not require a signature for delivery.

Packaging Instructions - Cremains/Ashes:
💜 Please send us one teaspoon of cremated ashes. If you don't have that amount contact us and we can chat about options. Any remaining ashes will be returned to you with your completed piece.
💜 Place your ashes in a Ziploc bag, let out all air and place in a 2nd Ziploc bag for extra protection.
💜 Please do not send the last of any inclusions. There is always a chance of it getting lost in transit so please do not send something that cannot be replaced.

Hair/Fur
💜 Please send 20 strands of hair at least one inch long.
💜 Please tie the hair with a string or elastic and place in a Ziploc bag.
Umbilical Cord
💜 Please only send a small portion.
💜 Place in a small Ziplock bag, let air out and place in 2nd Ziploc bag.
Placenta
💜 Please send only 1 capsule. This inclusion must only be sent in capsule form.
💜 Place in a small Ziploc bag, let out all the air and place in a 2nd Ziploc bag for extra protection.
Pregnancy Test
💜 Please send entire pregnancy test any unused pieces will be returned to you if you would like.
💜 Place into a ziplock pag
Dried Flowers
💜 Please send 3-4 dried petals.
💜 Please make sure flowers are dried or preserved before shipping to prevent molding in transit.
💜 Place your petals in a Ziploc bag, remove air and place between card stock paper or a greeting card. They may get crushed but they will be in the process anyway.
Dirt/Sand
💜 Please send 1 teaspoon of dirt or sand.
💜 Place in a Ziploc bag, let out all air and place in a 2nd Ziploc bag for extra protection.
Fabric
💜 Please send a 2x2 inch square.
💜 Please note that thicker fabrics may not work, please contact us before purchasing if you aren't sure if your fabric will work.
💜 Place in a Ziploc bag.
