💜 What is keepsake/breast milk jewelry?
Keepsake jewelry is unique way to keep your memories alive forever. They are special pieces of jewelry made from your own special keepsakes. These pieces can be made from a variety of items and will be preserved and made into a beautiful stone to be placed into the jewelry setting of your choice. 

💜 What inclusions can be used? 
We can use a wide variety of inclusions such as breast milk, formula, umbilical cord, placenta capsules, cremation remains of loved ones or pets, hair, dried flowers, dirt or sand and fabric pieces. If there is something you would like to include but are not sure if I can do it please send me a message and I can let you know if it can be done. 

💜 How much do I need to send? 
Breast milk or formula please send 1 ounce.
Cremation ashes please send 1 teaspoon. 
Umbilical cord please send only a small portion.  
Encapsulated placenta please send 1 capsule. 
Hair/Fur please send 20 strands of hair at least one inch long. 
Dried Flowers please send 3-4 dried petals.
Fabric please send a 2 inch square of the fabric you would like to use.
Dirt or sand please send 1 teaspoon.

💜 How do I send my inclusions? 
After your order has been placed, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to package your inclusions for shipping and where to ship them to. 

💜 Can I use old, frozen or spoiled milk? 
Yes! Even if the milk arrives spoiled, it can still be preserved and made into jewelry.

💜 What do you do with leftover inclusions?  
We do not send remaining inclusions back to you, they will be held for 1 year from your order date incase you would like to order another piece. However any remaining cremation inclusions will be returned with your piece. We ask that you never send the last of any inclusion, we ask that if you can not replace it, please do not send it.

💜 Can I change my order?
Any requests to change an order must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not keep a jewelry stock, settings are custom ordered for each piece from my supplier 24 hours after your order is placed. 

💜 How do I figure out my ring size? 
We highly recommend going to a jeweler or jewelry store to get measured. Charts online can vary significantly and it’s best to know for sure what your finger size is. Ring sizes listed are standard US sizes. 

💜 How long will it take to get my order? 
Due to the hand-crafted nature of the pieces our current turn around times are 4-8 weeks from the time that I receive your inclusions. 

💜I am nervous about sending my precious keepsakes how do I know they are in good hands? 
We understand that these are very special inclusions and I promise to treat them with the highest of respect while in my care and while working on your keepsake pieces. From the moment I receive your order they are immediately labeled with your name and order number. Your information will stay with your inclusions throughout the entire process. We only craft one keepsake at a time to ensure there is no mistakes made. We hope that this can comfort you in knowing that when you send your inclusions to us you are getting a promise that they are safe.
